Aleksander Kotlowski

Aleksander has twenty years of experience working in the energy industry in the UK, Poland and Switzerland. He specialises in competition law in the energy sector and in alternative dispute resolution, as well as acts as an expert witness and an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Started career as an M&A investment banker with JP Morgan, and Gartmore, and worked as director of gas trading conglomerate Bartimpex, member of the boards of Polish Railways, Elektrim, PZU TFI Funds, Swiss Petroleum IH, BWE Bank, EFH Fund, and as an expert for leading City law firms in London.

Aleksander graduated with Master of Laws from Cambridge University, followed by postgraduate studies in competition law at Oxford University. He got further qualifications from Université de Fribourg and from the Catholic University of America in Washington.
